..."This stunning jewel-toned styled shoot was photographed on film by Lynzie Hazan of Bonphotage Photography. Beso Weddings & Events thoughtfully combined contemporary and vintage elements to evoke modern elegance and an ethereal aesthetic at the luxury estate, Wandering Tree, in Illinois. This wedding inspiration is a modern day take on the traditional wedding.
A calligraphic invitation suite with modern calligraphy on Italian paper. A light laurel green envelope with a tree illustration is contrasted with a moss green velvet lining which sets the mood for an exceptional estate garden wedding experience.
It’s an early fall day as guests arrive to the estate they are welcomed with a glass of champagne embellished with fresh blueberries and sprigs of basil flower. Guests enjoy the beautiful estate gardens filled with exotic plants, flowers and trees including an astounding 450 year-old Burr Oak tree.
In traditional style, the bride and groom choose not see each other before the ceremony. The bride gets ready in the bridal cottage and takes a moment in the serene gardens to recite her personalized vows.
The ceremony takes place by the tranquil pond and an asymmetrical structure overflowing of ivory hydrangeas and fall blooms creates the ideal romantic and intimate space for the nuptials.
The bride is dressed in a romantic “Paloma” dress with clouds of airy tulle flowing from the delicate Chantilly lace of the bodice. Shimmering crystal teardrop earrings complement the dress and her style perfectly. Her bouquet an asymmetrical free flowing organic gathering of garden roses, dahlias and seasonal textures.
The ceremony begins and the bride walks down the aisle to her groom who reaches out his hand to her. The sun glistens on the serene pond in the background as they exchange vows which are beautifully written in calligraphy on Italian paper and set in a rust color velvet vow book.
Post-nuptials, the happily married couple previews their reception space and takes a moment to celebrate their marriage with champagne toast then join their guests at the lounge for cocktail time.
Guests are invited to be seated for the reception start and the couple and their family is seated at their special table in the “Pleached Alle” surrounded by lush natural landscape and a 450 year-old Burr Oak tree.
The table is impeccably adorned in modern elegance with subtle yet luxurious textures- from the gold King Arthur flatware and Oscar De La Renta plates to the topaz jewel toned goblets paired with traditional crystal glassware. Set atop velvet linen surrounded by French industrial metal chairs.
At the center of the table is an organic compote with perfectly arranged lush blooms and textures flowing naturally from the vase. The color palette is inspired by early fall hues – terracotta, burgundy, green and ivory. The arrangement is complemented with fresh plums and pears bringing hints of fall color across a neutral tablescape.
Guests revel in the natural surroundings of the garden setting as they enjoy dinner, drinks and conversation. For the final course, guests are delighted with individual blueberry angel food cakes adorned with figs, blackberries, blueberries, crushed dehydrated blueberries and purple basil flower sprigs.
Post-dinner guests are invited to enjoy the views and natural garden landscape from the vintage-inspired lounge fashioned in modern day fabrics and finishes. Guests delight in champagne and array of wedding cake tastings including vanilla genoise with white chocolate mousse, black magic chocolate cake with dark chocolate mousse, white buttermilk cake with lemon curd. Petit four flavors of rosewater and strawberry with sugared rose petals, gold tipped lemon flavored French meringues, cafe royale macarons, raspberry and chocolate meringue tarts.
At the end of their enchanting estate garden wedding, the happily married couple takes a walk in the gardens before their send-off at the golden hour of sunset"...
