Where do we start with these two?? How about the fact that when walked in the hotel room at the start of the day, we immediately felt like Sophia had been our bestie for years?? We were laughing and having fun from the start, and it’s a good thing too— because Friday the 13th tested us at every turn! Through every obstacle we faced: construction, traffic, rain, a bad tumble (thankfully everyone was okay!!), these two kept smiling and taking a step back to take in the big picture of their wedding day. We were so impressed by how they handled everything that came their way with grace and laughter, and kept the shining light of their love burning bright. It bodes well for their life together: they clearly will be tackling everything as a team. Which is what marriage is all about.

So now, let’s enjoy every dreamy detail from their wedding day, from her couture Ines de Santo gown to the understated baby breath bouquet. Actual perfection. Dining and dancing under the dome at the Chicago Cultural Center is a dream. Every inch of that space is perfect. Also they win for best choreographed dance of the year, hands down. Congratulations Sophia and Chris, we love you guys and cherish every second we spent together!!
