Best of 2020 - Editorial Publications

Given all the reschedules forced by the pandemic, we had an unusual opportunity to create and shoot many more editorials than usual in a given year (silver lining, right?) We are so proud of the beautiful work we photographed this year with the most talented in the industry, including Millia London, Carol Hannah and Claire Pettibone. We were able to work at the most beautiful venues across the countries including Armour House Chicago, The Cloister Sea Island Georgia, Blackberry Farm Tennessee, Montage Palmetto Bluff, Atlanta Swan House, The Biltmore Asheville North Caroline and the Albermarle Estate in Virginia. Our work was published this year on the front page of Style Me Pretty, Wedding Sparrow, Magnolia Rouge, the White Wren, Bajan Wed, Ruffled Mag and Whimsically Wed. Cheers to all the beauty and an even brighter 2021!

Bonphotage Fine Art Bridal Wedding Photography - Editorial Published in One Fourth Magazine

Sometimes you just need to put a beautiful bride in a yellow vintage truck, surround her by lemons and vines and bring Palm Springs feels to Chicago! While we LOVE our real weddings, there is something to be said for feeding your creativity and playing with lighting and texture. When Flowers for Dreams asked us to capture a vibrant, colorful editorial for the main feature in One Fourth Magazine, it was a no-brainer!

The concept was brilliantly created by Unadorned Magazine and took place at Architectural Artifacts in Chicago's trendy West Loop. Pineapples and citrus adorned the gold cart and vintage couch from Bowery and Bash. We played with shooting film in the dark, lighting techniques and enough florals to keep us swooning for weeks after!

See more from this incredible shoot here and in the recent print issue of One Fourth Mag. Scroll down to see incredible Bonphotage Videography of the whole editorial!

Bonphotage - Wild Flower-Inspired Bridal Portraits - Portland, Oregon

This stunning bridal editorial shoot was inspired by wild flowers and took place at the Grotto in Portland, Oregon. I was inspired by the different shades of green found in the woods and wanted to create an ethereal, woodsy atmosphere for the photoshoot. Using medium-format film photography and a Contax 645 camera and combine with the talent of some of Portland's best, my vision became a reality!

The bride (model Jennelle Fedrizzi) wore two different looks by Sweet Caroline's, one with a black crop top and the other, a lace tattoo long sleeve beauty. Hair and makeup was natural and flowy by Glam Girl Designs owner Jenny Kerr. The shoot was featured on November 28, 2016 on Adorn Magazine and the full feature can be seen here - http://adornmagazine.com/wildflower-ethereal-bridal-portraits/.

Enjoy!
