Quite possibly the most beautiful wedding we've had the privilege of covering, Nicole + Tarik's special day was nothing short of a dream! The ceremony took place by the chapel steps at the historic Chateau Bouthonvilliers in the French Countryside. It had been raining in the morning but the skies opened up with the perfect amount of sun and light breeze right before they said "I do" (a film photographer's dream!) The flowers from Floresie were out of this world (see her bouquet!!) and we absolutely cannot forget Nicole's blush Lazaro dress which literally stopped me in my tracks! Every detail was accounted for, from the oval emerald stunning engagement ring, to the hand calligraphed vow books to the studded louboutins, and all of it was perfectly executed by Mayra from The Event House.

Read MoreDanny and Sarah tied the knot on February 25, 2017 in the winter wonderland of Chicago! Their elegant affair included a classic black, white and red color pallette and endless emotional moments. Sarah got ready surrounded by her family and friends at her family home. Lots of laughter and tears were shed when she opened a heartfelt note from her love, Danny (and the pearl earrings that followed!) Their ceremony took place at their family's church in their hometown of Tinley Park, Illinois and the reception at Parmesan's station. A true ode to their beloved Chicago, this couple didn't want to steer too far from their roots and as you can see in their beautiful images, it was a good decision!

This lovely couple is proudly serving our country abroad and when Ellen asked if I could capture their engagement during the few days they would be in Chicago, I was more than honored to do so! They had a great time smiling for the camera at Milton Lee Olive Park, with incredible skyline views, but when the weather got to be too cold, we found the perfect cupcake shop...and the cutest photos resulted!
